Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of NOVE Creative Hub, operated by NOVE Creative Media Management ("NOVE LLC").
By using the Hub you agree to them.
Who can use the Hub
The Hub is for NOVE and for clients and collaborators NOVE has invited. Access is granted by NOVE and may be changed or removed at any time.
Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add, including photos, videos, and captions. You give NOVE permission to store, display, and process that content as needed to run the Hub and to publish content you choose to schedule. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
Connected services
If you connect Google Calendar, YouTube, or other platforms, you authorize the Hub to act on your behalf for the features you use, such as creating calendar events or publishing videos you schedule. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Hub to break the law, infringe others' rights, post harmful or deceptive content, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
Availability
We work to keep the Hub running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees. Features may change, and the Hub may be unavailable from time to time. Please keep your own copies of important content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NOVE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Hub, including missed or failed scheduled posts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
