Here's a list of what to expect and how to prepare for your QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy) session:

What to Expect:

Initial Consultation:

You'll begin with a conversation where the practitioner will ask about your intentions, goals, and any specific questions or issues you wish to explore during the session. This helps the practitioner understand what you’re seeking from the experience and ensures the session is tailored to your needs.

Relaxation & Induction:

The session will start with a relaxation process, where you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state. This is done through calming words and breathing exercises. You will enter a relaxed, meditative state where your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. This state is sometimes referred to as the "somnambulistic state."

Exploration of Past Lives (if relevant):

Many QHHT sessions involve exploring past lives or moments that can shed light on current challenges or issues. The practitioner may ask you to describe vivid scenes, people, or emotions from past life memories that arise during the session.

Connection with Higher Self:

After past life exploration (if applicable), the practitioner will help you connect with your Higher Self — a part of your consciousness that holds deeper wisdom and understanding. Your Higher Self may offer insights, guidance, and healing, helping to answer important questions or resolve past trauma.

Healing Process:

Throughout the session, you may experience physical or emotional healing. This can be a subtle or profound feeling of release, and healing energy may be felt in various parts of your body. The session may also include energy work, where the practitioner helps to facilitate healing energy throughout your system.

Reflection & Closure:

After the session, you will have time to process the information you've received and reflect on any new insights or changes. The practitioner will guide you out of the relaxed state, and you’ll be able to discuss your experience and any questions you have.

How to Prepare:

Set Your Intention:

Before the session, take some time to reflect on what you hope to gain from the experience. Whether it's insight into a current issue, emotional healing, or clarity on your life’s path, having a clear intention can help focus your session.

Be Open-Minded:

Come with an open mind, knowing that the experience may bring up unexpected insights or memories. The subconscious mind may reveal things that are new to you, and staying open helps facilitate healing.

Rest and Hydrate:

Ensure that you’re well-rested before the session. This allows you to relax deeply and get the most out of the experience.

Hydrate well, as the body can release stored emotions or tension during the session, and staying hydrated helps maintain balance.

Avoid Caffeine or Stimulants:

It’s best to avoid caffeine, energy drinks, or any stimulating substances before your session. These can interfere with the relaxation process.

Wear Comfortable Clothing:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you relax and feel at ease throughout the session.

Bring Your Questions:

Make a list of questions or issues you would like to explore during the session. It’s helpful to have these ready so the practitioner can guide the session with purpose.

Be Patient with the Process:

Understand that QHHT is not a typical therapy session. It’s a process of deep inner exploration and healing, which can take time. Don’t worry if you don’t immediately understand or feel all of the insights you receive. Trust the process.

Post-Session Integration:

After the session, you may experience a variety of emotions or physical sensations. Take time to rest, reflect, and integrate the experience. Keep an open mind and let the healing unfold over time. Try journaling your experience so that you can reflect on the revelations you encounter. You will receive a copy of the QHHT session to reflect on further.

Stay in contact:

The journey doesn’t stop when the session ends. If any thoughts, emotions, or questions come up afterward, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to support you as you integrate the experience, and we can explore anything that feels unresolved or worth diving deeper into.
