NOVE Creative Hub (“the Hub”) is a content planning and social media management tool operated by NOVE Creative Media Management (“NOVE”, “we”, “us”). NOVE uses it to plan, schedule, and publish content for its own brands and for clients, and to track performance. This policy explains what information the Hub collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials.
Content you add: posts, captions, photos, videos, ideas, hashtags, notes, messages, lead details, and performance numbers you enter.
Google account data, only if you connect your Google account (see below).
How we use Google user data
If you connect your Google account, the Hub requests only the access needed for these features:
Google Calendar: to create, update, and delete calendar events that match your scheduled content, and to display your upcoming calendar events inside the Hub.
YouTube: to read your channel name and to upload and schedule videos that you choose to publish from the Hub.
We use Google user data only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI or machine-learning models, or transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide the features above, to comply with the law, or with your consent. No one at NOVE reads your Google data except when needed to operate, secure, or support the Hub. The Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where your data is stored
Data is stored in a Supabase database, and the Hub is hosted on Netlify. Access to each brand’s data is restricted by account permissions. Google connection tokens are stored server-side, are not exposed to other users, and are used only to perform the actions you request.
Who can see your data
Content within a brand is visible to the NOVE team and to client users who have been given access to that brand. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Hub (Supabase and Netlify) and with Google or other platforms when you connect them and use their features.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Google Calendar or YouTube at any time from within the Hub, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is disconnected, we delete the stored connection tokens. To have your account and data deleted, email hello@novecreativemedia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top.
